AmyBairstow.: Weaving. So far so good.

Today is my first day of my weave block and so far so good! Weave is something that I am extremely unfamiliar with and to be honest never really excited me, but i wanted to approach it with an open mind so started researching around the types of things you can create with weave to give me some inspiration. Its much more exciting than i thought, especially after doing a few of the patterns processes and general experimenting on the looms the whole thing doesn't seem all that daunting! I enjoyed playing about with different materials and fabrics you can put into the weft, some worked better than others but all in all im enjoying it and actually having fun with it.
